Jupiter Island Estate

JUPITER ISLAND – Looking for a new place on Jupiter Island? The most expensive listing available right now is an elaborate Italian Renaissance-style estate consisting of seven buildings, for which the owner is asking cool $65 million.

The Wall Street Journal recently featured the compound here

Bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, the property sits on 8.5 acres. The listing agent is Susan Turner of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities.

Highlights include wide water views and landscaped formal gardens; eight new or recently remodeled structures; 18 bedrooms, including two master suites; lodging options for up to 30 people; two pools and several guest houses on the Atlantic side; a private spa and gym; and a full guest residence and pool with two deep water docks for multiple vessels on the Intracoastal side.

According to The Wall Street Journal, owner Frank Luppi began building the estate in the 1980s and completed it a few months ago, transporting European craftsmen to Jupiter Island to duplicate authentic Italian Renaissance building techniques.
